Jewelry display featuring lifecast hand of a male child with attached fish hooks
The lifecast hand is made of high density plaster which has been hand painted, and coated in polyurethane.
Details such as fingerprints and skin texture are well preserved throughout the painting process.
It is set on stainless steel rods into a salvaged pine wood base.
The base has also been treated and coated in polyurethane to protect the surface.
High quality red fishing line, large red fish hooks, and stainless steel swivels were used to complete the piece.
